Our babysitting policies are designed to ensure a safe, reliable, and enjoyable experience for both parents/guardians, children, and dogs. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Booking: If you have made a booking for babysitting, house sitting, dog sitting, etc. and wish to cancel, a non-refundable fee of $25 and service fee of 2.9% or 0.30 will be charged if the cancellation is made within 2 days after the schedule time.
Refundable Booking: If you have made a booking for babysitting, house sitting, and dog sitting services you may be eligible for a FULL REFUND if you cancel within 2 days before the schedule time. However, please note that EMERGENCY SITUATIONS may be considered for a FULL REFUND even if they occur within the 2-day period. The specific details and criteria for emergency situations will be outlined in our terms and conditions.
***Emergency Situations conclude as the following: Medical situations, Family Emergencies, and Natural Disasters.
Cancellation Fees: In addition to the NON-REFUNDABLE FEE of $25 mentioned above, there may be additional cancellation fees of 2.9% + 0.30 associated with canceling a babysitting service, house sitting, dog sitting, and event sitters booking.
Timeframe for Cancellation: The timeframe for canceling a babysitting service, house sitting, and dog sitting services without incurring any fees or penalties will be within 2 days before the schedule time. If you cancel within in this timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund of the service and only be responsible for the service fee of 2.9% + 0.30.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
The nanny/babysitter and nanny helper will respect the privacy of the family and will not disclose any personal or confidential information to third parties.

Terms and Conditions
Safety and Security: The nanny/babysitter on duty will prioritize the safety and well-being of the children and pet(s) at all times, follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the parents/guardians regarding the care and supervision of the children or pets, ensure that the environment is safe and free from hazards, taking necessary precautions to prevent accidents or injuries, the nanny/babysitter on duty will have access to emergency contact information for the parents/guardians and will use it in case of any emergencies or urgent situations, will possess basic first aid knowledge and will act promptly and responsibly in the event of any injuries or medical emergencies. However, it is understand that the babysitter is not a medical professional, the parents/guardians will provide any necessary medical information, including allergies, medications, or specific health conditions, to ensure the well-being of children or pet(s), will maintain confidentiality regarding personal information and will not disclose any sensitive or confidential details about the family or children to third parties, or an emergency such as an injury, fire, etc.
Damages: In the event of any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment (furniture, tables, walls, floors, pictures etc.), inventory, party's location, parent(s) home, etc.. the financial responsibility lies entirely on the parent(s), guardian(s) and owner(s) of the home, kid(s) or pet(s).
Liabilities: The Wright Care ATL (The Wright Care Atlanta), nanny/babysitter, or nanny helper assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injuries, deaths, accidents, loss or damage to the property that may occur while providing services, unless cause by negligence. The Wright Care ATL (The Wright Care Atlanta), nanny/babysitter, or nanny helper is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the equipment, menu, fabrics, or any activities taken place before, during, and after babysitting, house sitting, event sitters, dog sitting, etc. In the case of liability and financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the parents, guardians, or the owners of the home, kid(s), or pet(s).
